ERA Environmental Technologies Inc. has been providing environmental consulting services from 2011 onwards with its expert team, in addition to the R&D studies which has been carried out since 1999. In this context, it provides consultincy in the fields of Environmental Management, Environmental Permission and Licensing and Environmental and Waste Management activities according to related legislation.

Within the scope of the Regulation on Environmental Permit and License published in the Official Gazette dated 10/09/2014 and numbered 29115 and the Regulation on the Environmental Officer, Environmental Management Unit and Environmental Consultancy Firms published in the Official Gazette dated 21/11/2013 and numbered 28828;

Entities listed in Annex-2 must continuously employ an environmental officer or get environmental management services from environmental consulting companies or establish an environmental management unit.

Entities listed in Annex-1 must get environmental management services from environmental consulting companies or establish an environmental management unit.

The organized industrial zone, the specialized organized industrial zone, the industrial zone and the free zone administrations must continuously employ an environmental officer or get environmental management services from environmental consulting companies or establish an environmental management unit.

Inpatient and outpatient treatment facilities with a bed capacity of 20 or more among the health institutions and hospitals must continuously employ an environmental officer or get environmental management services from environmental consulting companies or establish an environmental management unit.

ERA Çevre has the Environmental Consultancy Proficiency Certificate from the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization and provides the services listed below with its expert engineers certified by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization.
