Our plant was established as a result of agreements made with the Bursa Metropolitan Municipality and it is the first plant in Turkey with the new management system, which provides separate collection of medical waste at source, transport by specially licensed vehicles, and disposal by means of sterilization. Medical waste is collected by specially designed medical waste buckets and received after weighing with sensitive scales. This information is sent online to the healthcare establishment and to the relevant public administrations.

The facility which was taken into operation was planned so that it can serve to Bursa and surrounding provinces for medical waste disposal. It strelizes currently all medical waste in Bursa and Yalova.
